TRAINING & PLACEMENT CELL
The main endeavor of SDDGPI to provide the placements to in reputed multinationals, government jobs, NGO's and the private sector. All registered students with SDDGPI has been entitled to placement assistance, counseling for employment and even self employment. The cell assures support to the visiting companies at every stage of the placement process by making campus infrastructure available to them. The T PC acts as an interface between the industry and the students and primarily enable the students to select from their career options. We also facilitate the selection process of all the companies as per their requirement. The TPC also liaison with corporate, organizations to provide suitable jobs for the candidates completing their education from SDDGPI. The TPC also proposes to conduct expert talks , guest lectures ,seminars and workshops to enable the students of SDDGPI to become successful professionals.
The Cell interacts with many industries in the country, of which nearly 200 companies visit the campus for holding campus interviews. The industries which approach the institute come under the purview of:

⇨ Placement Officer of this organization sends placement invitation letters / E-Mail to various companies, along with profile of the colleges, & summary of the courses being run under Swami Devi Dyal Group of Professional Institutions, Barwala, distt. Panchkula.
⇨ Company may like to visit the campus before the recruitment drive is held.
⇨ On the basis of the eligibility criteria required by the companies, the interested students data base is prepared & sent to the company for short listing the candidates for placement drive.
⇨ A mutual convenient date is finalized for the selection process.
⇨ Selection process comprises of the following sequence.
⇨ Pre Placement talk by the Company to the students in Auditorium
⇨ Aptitude / Written Test( In well furnished lecture halls)
⇨ Group Discussions( Air Conditioned Rooms)
⇨ Interview (Technical & HR in Air Conditioned Rooms)
