Swami Devi Dyal Law College proudly organized an Intra Moot Court Competition, under the visionary guidance of Director Principal, Dr. Richa Ranjan. Advocate Simsi, Additional Public Prosecutor, UT, Chandigarh from the High Court, graced the final round as the esteemed judge. With a decade of experience as Deputy Advocate General of Punjab, her insights were invaluable. Congratulations to the winners - Bhavya, Bhumi, Vaibhav, Sunaina, and the runners-up - Sampada, Arzoo, Anshul. Their dedication and legal acumen shone brightly. Advocate Simsi commended these budding lawyers for their promising future. Swami Devi Dyal Law College commemorated World Consumer Rights Day with an enlightening visit to the District Court, Panchkula. Chief Judicial Magistrate of DLSA Panchkula, Rajesh Kumar Yadav, shared invaluable insights on working with DLSA, while advocates on the panel provided a deep dive into court proceedings. Students had the privilege of observing and interacting with Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sh. Praveen Kumar Lal. A day dedicated to learning about the ethics and duties of advocates, empowering our future legal minds.

The Institute of Law is approved by the Bar Council of India and is affiliated by Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. The University is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and also accredited by NAAC with Grade ‘A+’.
What is the admission process for Law?
The Admission in LLB courses will be made as per the guidelines issued by the state government/ kurukshetra University.
What is the mode of application admission at the institute of Law?
There are two mode of application to apply to the Institute i.e. ONLINE and OFFLINE.
Does the Institute have seats for Management Quota?
Yes, the Institute does not have any seat reserved under Management Quota.
What are the timings for the Law course?
Institute conducts its classes from 9 am to 3:30 pm.
